Nalates Urriah I get announcements for various benefits and sales and other stuff happening in Second Life. Some seem solely commercial. Others are definitely benefits. Some I know, some I don’t. This is an ‘I don’t know.’ But, it looks like they will have good stuff at good prices.

Start thinking about whether you REALLY can take the Blue pill or life is force feeding us the red one. Hamlet is pointing to an article in Rock Paper Shotgun titled: A Matrix Moment With The Vive.
The article is about the disassociation a Vive (VR Headset) user, Philippa Warr, feels after taking the headset off. He obviously hasn’t heard the warning coming from several sources about possible negative side effects from using 3D anything.
This week there was no roll to the main channel.
The RC channels all got the same package, today 5/11. The stated changes are: Minor internal improvements. No visible functional changes to Second Life.
Politics: It isn’t getting any better.
Hamlet has posted: Donald Trump Vice Presidential Shortlister Newt Gingrich Once Called for US Congress to Meet in Second Life. [sic] There are some surprising bits in this article. One would think Hamlet would be a fan of Second Life, on the realist side. But, still a fan. Check these points:
A new version of Black Dragon Viewer is out. Niran has dome some more rendering tweaks. Check out the pictures at Niran’s blog.
This release is a set of minor fixes, one of which is invisiprims.
