This week we have a roll to the main channel. This update moves to the main channel griefing fixes changing the way region work to try to stay running when attacked. This package also provides a cosmetic fix for Project Bento attachment points.

The three RC channels will get a new package with minor internal changes that (BUG-11836 [ BENTO ]) increase max animation size and (BUG-6035 LSL) a fix for automatic recovery of failure in email registration (for receiving email from outside the region).
