I suggest you read Second Life Voice Problems. If that does not help, search the SL Wiki and then the SL Forum. On the SL Forum you and use your native language and may be get a better answer. Or write in your native language and have Google translate it. If you write in grammatically correct sentences, Google does an OK job of translating.
