There is no rollout and restart for the main channel this week. Because of problems and down-time on the Beta grid (ADITI) last week testing on the pending server update couldn’t be completed.
This week the package is ready to move from the Beta grid to the RC channels of the main grid. So, we’ll have a roll to and restart of the RC channel regions Wednesday.
This is a package without any user-visible changes. It has unnamed improvements.
This week there was no roll to the main channel.
The RC channels all got the same package, today 5/11. The stated changes are: Minor internal improvements. No visible functional changes to Second Life.
Viewers Oz Linden was crashing so the meeting got a late start. Then only ran 20 minutes. Not anything new to talk about. Servers The main channel is getting a new package. This is the one running on the RC channels last week (17), which consists of a crash fix and improvements. No deploy to the main channel this week. The 3 RC channels are all getting the same package, which has a server crash fix and minor internal improvements.

RC Second Life Maintenance Viewer version 4.0.4.314012 – No update since the Third Party Dev’s coverage.

Second Life Project Bento Viewer version 5.0.0.313876 – No update since Friday’s coverage.
Second Life Project Oculus Rift Viewer version 3.7.18.295296 – No update, Charlie.
